2024 TEAM DINNER

Participation on 5Star's teams is contingent upon the results of our annual team tryout. If you are selected for our competitive teams, please understand that it is beneficial for the gymnast to attend all scheduled practice sessions over the summer. Summer practice sessions occur Monday-Friday during the day. While participation on team is a 12-month commitment, we offer flexibility in the summer months with 4, 6, or 8-week practice schedules available. Please do not register for the classes offered on this page unless you have received an email invitation to join TEAM from 5Star. ​For more information regarding 5Star's competitive teams, contact Jodi Kessler at (516) 887-6600.

Participating in competitive gymnastics encourages girls to appreciate the importance of hard work, positivity, perseverance, goal setting, achievement, teamwork, personal fitness, and friendship.
​We welcome all girls ages 4-17 to try out each June!

ONLY FAMILIES WHO HAVE ALREADY TRIED OUT FOR OUR COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS TEAMS AND WHO HAVE RECEIVED WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM 5STAR THAT THEY HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO JOIN A TEAM LEVEL FOR THE CURRENT SEASON ARE PERMITTED TO REGISTER BELOW.
